Promise I'm not trying to be rude her AT ALL...but why not neuter your 11 lb male and if you really want to breed, purchase a nice female that is within the standard (size and otherwise) and breed HER to another nice male who is also within standard? (And make sure you've researched closely what is behind them) If we keep throwing in oversized genes (or undersized for that matter!) we're not doing anything good for this breed as a whole. Do lots of research before you undertake breeding, it's not as "easy" as it seems.
