ridiculous! i would have said in a real low voice, you touch me and i'll yell rape! it's not only rude but also a violation of personal space.
i'm not sure if target is dog friendly, but i've never had a problem with bunjee in my bag. there's no sign so i operate on a don't ask don't tell policy. but given target has so much doggie stuff for sale, it SHOULD be dog friendly!!!
but going back to doggie clothes. target does have some really affordable stuff for pets especially in the dollar bins near the front of the store. i got a pair of shoes and a coat for $1 each a while back.
