WOW that's horrible Val! i can't believe the manager did that! that was pretty rude! i also thought Target was dog friendly? the ones i've been to allow dogs as long as they are either on a leash or you have to pick them up (if it's a small dog).. and not near the food court.
i think that's terrible! im sorry that happened to you, maybe he was having a bad day or something!
