 what should i do????
Hey guys. I need some advice. I havea neighbor 2 doors down that have a dog. They dont take care of it..i mean its been outside in the RAIN AND COLD for three days now. I havent even seen anybody go out and check on him...It is suppose to get like 40 degrees tonight and he has no dog house. I have a old enclosed crate that i thought about sneaking down there but i dont know if their home...what would you do? |
