Honey is good also, anything with high sugar content. I've heard that honey is even better because it is digested more quickly.

When I went to the airport to pick up Chachi, I took honey packets that I had gotten from Mc Donalds. I had stopped at Petco to get the nutrical and they didn't have any and didn't even seem to know what I was talking about.
