"What goes around, comes around." I think that in your state there are some false advertisement laws that you can put up against her as well! Maybe go to purchase a puppy and then tell her that you'll stop by and pick up the puppy-somewhat unannounced and bring the cops with you! Oh, and before you go make sure she has the puppy microchipped or tattooed and have her submit photos or documentation to you before you go so you've got some paperwork to back up your sale to the RIGHT puppy!
