Try getting down to his level and letting him come to you and then offering a treat, and don't make quick moements. I'm guessing he is just a little shy, but he may have been hit by someone. |
As far as being well socialized or not, I'm pretty sure he is. The breeder is my neighbor and I spent about 30 minutes per day 3 days a week at her house before I bought him 4 days ago.
