I am so sorry to hear about Pogo. It is such a hard thing when they are hurt and injured. I sure hope that he recovers quickly.
I totally agree about the bell. My sister has a Maltese and when she was little they kept a bell on her at all times and she suggested the same for my Tess when I got her. It has definitely helped her many times. These little babies are so small and the bell helps keep track of them.
