I am not saying that anybody is being forced to participate, but you are definitely excluding people without giving them ample opportunity to participate, and that just doesn't make me feel very warm and fuzzy about being a part of this community at all.
Honestly, you could even have people hold their gifts and not mail them to unconfirmed gift exchange participants until the "new" person's gift has been confirmed as received. It really just seems like you are excluding people without even considering other options. |
