This really must seem strange to people who don't have small dogs and don't understand how it is. I got my Cooper, because my youngest son is going off to college. I consider him my baby (my baby who won't leave me!!) My husband and I refer to ourselves as Mommy and Daddy. Cooper even has his own blog to keep everyone updated on his doings...my mother (Cooper's MiMi
) says his blog makes him seem like a little kid...she said when she reads it she keeps thinking it is a small little child, that is not too bright. Our friends make fun of us too, but then they meet Cooper and then they all ask about him too, like he is our 3rd son. They ask about him, more than our other children that don't have fur.
Well, let them make fun...I wouldn't trade my little furbaby for anything and for all the joy he has brought into my life he deserves all the attention and special treatment
