Wow...very intresting...I always catch our neighbors cat in our yard...I'm not sure if the cat is pooping or not. My husband thinks the cat is using our garden for a big litter box. My neighbor also lets his dog run around unleashed. He is a sweet dog but really big lab. I always keep mine in our fenced backyard. he even has a fenced in backyard but still lets his dog in the front yard.
