 Test Results are back!
My kitty is going to be okay. She has Inflamed Bowel Disease (inflamed intestine), which can be controlled with a anti-inflammatory med and special diet. Test results also showed the enzeyme levels in her pancreas where slightly elevated because of the bowel disease. The Vet said that she will be on the meds and special diet the rest of her life. There is a downside to all of this, of course. The inflamed bowel diesease according to the vet will eventually cause pancreatic and liver disease, but he said not worry because in most cases the animal lives a normal happy life many many years.
