put one of those baby matress pads under the pee pad making an "outer rim" in case they miss. actually the matress pad is all I use. it is big and as long as I keep a pretty fresh one down they will hit the pad. I have a problem with the poop hitting the target. Tressie will start out on the pad but walk off as she is pooping. she has good intentions. I can't fault her for trying. in their mind they are doing the right thing and they are. Its just that they are lousy in the aim.
