How old is she? I know that sometimes, even when they are potty trained, they will pee to get attention, even if it is negative attention. When she pees, try not to make any fuss, just pick her up and put her on her pee pads and make her stay on them for a few minutes. This is what I did for all of mine - I wouldn't even look at them since I didn't want them to think that peeing/pooping got ANY attention unless it was on the pee pad. Ofcourse when she does pee on the pads then make a huge fuss & praise her like crazy. Hope that helps.
As for her being excited and peeing, I think that sometimes it goes away with age. Just ignore her until she calms down, when friends come over tell them to ignore her - don't let them talk to her or pet her since that's probably exzctly when she pees. All my doggies will pee pee when they are excited and people go gaga for them when they come over - I just tell everyone to ignore them until they calm down.
