Once you resize the picture. Sign into YorkieTalk. Click "User CP" from the blue menu near the top of the screen. Click "Edit Avatar" from the Control Panel on the left side of the screen. Click "Browse" where it says "Upload an Avatar From your Computer". This will uplaod the picture from your computer, but only if the picture has been resized to 75 x 75 pixels.
