
Hmmmmmm....in answer to my own question....I think I'll fill that plate with teriyaki grilled chicken, roasted potatoes and salad. I probably should replace those taters with a veggie, and then it would almost be healthy meal...but I gotta use the taters before they go bad!! Yep that's my story and I'm sticking to it!! Good ole taters roasted in a cast iron skillet with lots of butter...YUM!!
