Some ?'s just off the top my head that I would ask is:
1. Can I see both parents
2. Can I see where (the area) you've raised them so far
3. Do you have their pedigrees
4. Can I see the parents medical records
5. Can I see vaccination records
6. Do you have any references from whom you've sold puppies
7. How many litters has the mother had... father sired
8. Can I call your Vet
9. Can I stay and play with the puppies for awhile
