Personally he might have had them screws loose for a long time. A lot of it is probably becoming evident now because he has a new publicist who probably likes having him as a high profile client and doesn't want to say anything to him. I know that these folks do a lot for publicity but the whole stupidity with Brooke Shields was above and beyond. I doubt that in endeared him to anyone. Personally I don't think that the man has any right to comment on PPD being as he has never had it. Last time I checked he wasn't a doctor and has yet to play one on screen...lol.
