Has anyone had expierience with a pregnant dog. My yorkie is pregnant by a maltese. How do I know when she is going to give birth. I heard you can feel the puppy's moving at 8 weeks. I feel some movement in her belly so I think the pups are coming soon. Also do yorkie's get a big belly when pregnant? My yorkie's belly hasn't gotten as big as I thought it would. She was a skinny dog to begin with. Most yorkie's I've seen are like that but still healthy. She stays in her kennel sleeping most of the time. She's become quite lazy. Which is one of the side effects of being pregnant. Dogs can become quiet, lazy ,or affectionate during pregnancy. If anyone has some advice please let me know. Thanks alot!!!!
