We have WASL (Washington Assessment of Student Learning ) out here and oh boy let me tell you about the controversy that has started over the test being a requirement to pass in addition to a Senior Project and the basic learning stuff. Crazy I tell ya!! They just gave the test to our Sophomores last week and they have between now and their Senior year to pass it in order to graduate. I'm sure glad they didn't have those when I was in school. |
