Sissy chews on hers, too. She can reach it because I keep her collar fairly loose. If it was snug, she couldn't reach the tag - but then I'd be worried about her trachea! Although she chews in it a lot, it isn't scratched and you can very much read her information. It was one of those make it yourself at Petsmart.
