Raiza, that tiny tongue sticking out was one of the first things we noticed about Toto the first time we saw her! She just gazed at us with that little tongue sticking out and then she was absolutely all over us! Our breeder said that the little "tongue thing" is charactaristic of the French in her bloodline. Whatever it is ... it is so cute!!
