Caesar doesn't "yank" dogs by the collar.... he pulls quickly only enough to get their attention...sometimes hardly at all....it depends on the dog, and, of course, sometimes it's really a battle trying to calm down the bigger unruly dogs.... I think the way he manages the larger aggressive dogs is the least rough treatment I have ever seen a trainer use...
