i calles ata airlines to inquire about pets onboard. the rep said pets can travel onboard , but only in hard sided cases. i have a soft sided airline approved case that i always use. her accent was very heavy and i wasn't sure if she understood what a soft sided carrier is with the language barrier. i asked where i was calling and she said manilla. i thought ok i'll call back in a few minutes to reconfirm the information. would you believe i got the same girl 3 times. do you think it's rude to ask to speak to someone else??? i
