His dog is barking BECAUSE he can't control them. Who's fault is it? His!!! That's not my problem. I'd be prepared though. If he did have his "big, intimidating" dog out there waiting for me, I'd have a vinegar spray ready.
However, this is your situation. You don't want your baby to get hurt. Yes, definitely go to the police and make a record of the incident. In case something really happend, you'd be able to make him take the responsibility. |
