Schatzie's dew claws were not removed either and will be done when she is spayed. Yes, I feel it should be done by the breeders when the pup is really young. I've heard sometimes the pups are just over looked ?? I find that to be a bad excuse but ??
Potty training takes awhile so patience is the key and lots of praise.
