I had such a bad experience from Glamourdog.com. They processed my order in the beginning of March and I never received it. Long story short, I was told that they "processed" my order but it was never packed to be shipped and this was almost a week and a half almost 2 weeks later. They apologized and told me that they would refund my shipping charge which was $9.99 (I ordered close to $200 worth of things) and they would send me my items immediately. That was on a Thursday and the order itself wasn't shipped out until the following Friday. I received my order almost 4 weeks from when I ordered it. Be careful ordering from them. I loved their website I was so disappointed in their service.
