I got it at KB Toystore, I get some of the most fun toys there. Since they are not actual toys for dogs I always supervise them when they play with them. I bought a wiggle giggle ball there too and they also have little battery operated stuffed animals that walk, make noise and drive the dogs wild! Penny will wear herself out if I dont watch her so I only let them play with them for about 10 minutes at a time. Its Penny's workout for the day, lol
