Veggies are great steamed. Olive oil is very good if you need to sautee anything, but you don't have to use it. You can use a fat free spray instead.
As far as your breakfast choices are concerned, whole grain toast or English muffins are great. Fruit for breakfast is an excellent choice as well, like kewtee said. It is best to eat breakfast if you can. It starts your metabolism for the day.

And if you look at the amount of sodium in your Ramen noodles, you will probably freak out.
