Confused

I would confine them in one area when you are out and puppy safe that area-easier than the whole apartment. You can use bitter apple or some other deterant spray for areas you don't want chewed. X-pens are good too. Leave toys like stuffed kongs, bully sticks, treat balls so they have something to do. Have they had a walk before you leave,or a play in the garden? A tired puppy is a good puppy when you are out.Otherwise, you have to get used to putting things up high or away.Shoes left out are an invitation-we had a similar problem with my dd's stiletoes! How old are they? They will get better-but lots they are allowed to chew, rotated so they don't get bored and exercise is the answer to that puppy need to chew, chew, chew!
