First I would suggest you take a picture of exactly what you want in a style for your pup! Make sure you go over that photo and explain exactly what you want. Then if you really want to stay, stress to the groomer that you don't want to leave your baby there alone. They may have a place for you to wait. But your Yorkie will need to learn that the groomer can be trusted and will learn to tolerate grooming. If you just don't feel comfortable with any of that, you might need to look into getting your own clippers and learn to groom your Yorkie yourself. There are a lot of people that do just that.
