I am devastated to hear your news and have already sent up a heartfelt prayer. I sure wish I knew someone in Houston, but I don't. HOWEVER, if you call down to MD Anderson and ask to speak with someone in social services there, they may be able to help you. That is their job....to be that helpful and friendly bridge between "home" and hospital. If they can't help you, call the Cancer Society in Houston. They may have some volunteers with small dogs that could help you. Also, if you are a member of a church or synagogue, a Houston church may have someone to help you. You could access churches through the hospital chaplain's service.

In the meantime, I'll keep thinking.......and praying.....

Gentle hugs to you and the little guys,
Love,
Mary Ellen & Higgins
