And she STILL doesn't answer any questions! Should I "send" her half the money?

well i will like to thank you for the reply.well i will like you to know that everything is ready to ship now but its only need the ticket fee for the pups well i think you dont trust me so that is why you dont want to send the money and i will like you to know that i am also scammed once and that is why i start accepting money from western union.and also about you coming to me,i will like you to know that i dont know when the company course will end so i dont know may be you will meet me here or not so try and understand. then let us do it this way.can u send the half of the money and when you get the pups then you send the remain? regards cindy
