Hi & welcome to YT. From what I've read in the past week that I've been a YT member - changing foods can make them sick and puppy chow is not one of the recommended puppy foods. If Theo continues to appear uncomfortable, I would take him in to the vet to make sure there isn't something going on within his bowels.
