Honestly ..yes. Kodie runs to the puppy pad when he is about to vomit. I think because I taught him the word.. "puppy pad". One time when he was going to vomit.. I saw him..and I screamed.. "On your puppy pad!!".. he then RAN over to it and vomited on it.. haha. Really cute actually.
Now he associates anything to do with body waste with the puppy pad... lol. I would say what your experiencing is normal
