[Lucy's mom]

It was really windy and cold but didn't snow, except for maybe a flake here and there, in Green Bay, WI. The weather doesn't seem to be an issue for Lucy; come rain or shine, hot or cold, she loves to be outside. I think she is too nosy to care about the weather, she needs to be out there checking out everything.
