i find the wipes (made for removing eye crust) don't really work well. i bought them once and gave them away. i just saturate the area with warm water and a little tearless puppy shampoo and start wiping and picking with my index finger. no fun for me or romeo. there has to be a better way. this sucks and i feel so bad for romeo. plus, the crust seems to be getting worse with spring in the air.
