WELCOME TO YT! I agree with the ear mite thing. Check the inside of the ears. If you see little grits of dirt it's probably ear mites. If you don't see anything but notice an unpleasant/foul smell, could just be a yeast infection in the ears. A vet will bet able to properly diagnose and treat ear problems.
