Yorkies, in general, seem bad about retaining their baby teeth, especially the small ones. Maybe you should consider holding off for a little while so you can do both at the same time.
I'm not sure if I'm that comfortable with your vet's confidence. I think a good vet would tell you that there is always a risk with anesthesia. |
