9...and not housetrained...I would definately get rid off all carpet.
I did not bring Chance home until he was 12 weeks but it only took about 2 weeks and he got the hang of things. He still has accidents but not everyday. Mostly when it is raining outside...he does not like the rain. But we used the bell on the door and he does really well. You can tell when he really has to go cause he rings the bell hard.
When he just wants to go outside and goof off he barley hits the bell. Its funny.
