What a sad, hard life she had, You sound like you and a your family did the best you could to help her, She is out of pain and being an alcoholic you couldn't have helped her unless she wanted it, don't beat yourself up over it, You did what you could and I'm sure she appreciated it, and thanks you. I'm sorry for your heartache.
