Ok, so I got Hobbs at the beginning of December from a breeder in my area. He is now 6 months old, and we love him so much that we wanted to get another one from the same parents as we got Hobbs from. So, I called his breeder in February to see if Hobbs' parents would be having another litter anytime soon. She told me when I called her that Hobbs' parents happened to be pregnant with another litter that are due in May. I told her that I would contact her when we made a definate decision on whether we wanted to get another one from the litter due in May. So, I called her in early March to tell her that we definately decided that we wanted a puppy from the litter that was due in May. She told me that she still was not 100% sure that her dog was even pregnant and that she was taking her to the vet in a few days to determine if she was pregnant for sure or not. I asked her to keep in touch and let me know when she gets more details. I haven't heard from her since early March, and it is now late April. Should I call her again?? What should I say?? I don't want to bother her or make her angry because then she may not sell me a dog. But, I am so anxious and I want to know if the dog is even pregnant. If she is not having puppies, I want to start looking for one from somewhere else. What do you think??
