Welcome to both you and Cindy! The way to get started is to begin from the beginning of this thread and start reading. There is a lot of excellent info here! PM Kathy (Jkat) and she can mail you a disk of the pertinent information so you don't have to read through the blaa blaa blaa parts, lol, tho some of the blaa is really FUN! and FUNNY!
Kathy was also keeping statistics last I knew. Is that still happening? If you aren't keeping group stats, then you can keep your own individual stats by weighing yourself every week and recording your own losses. If you would like to brag about them, we would LOVE to hear it!!
I'll let JKat chime in and tell us what the status of the club is these days!
