O.K. I"m here..I guess I should start by telling my height weight and where my problem areas are and my goal.
I"m 5'9 and I weigh 155 lbs maybe a little more. For the build of my body that is alot. I"m tall but my frame is more petite so I have been guessed at weighing alot higher because i carry the majority of my weight in my tummy. I look like i'm pregnant. I've also started putting it on in the hip area as well as the top part of my legs. My goal is to lose 25 pounds in fat but hopefully gain some of that back in muscle. I don't want to be muscular just fit. So I'm coming to you all at the suggestion to Jaspermom for help. I haven't felt good about myself in a long time. I can't tell where my boobs end and my belly starts and i'm tired of that. So will you help me?
