So we took Yoda for a nice little walk to University Village today, and we met a little Yorkie named Stella. She's two years old and an absolute darling, and seemed to take to Yoda quite well. They sniffed and played around. We promoted YT (of course!) and our Seattle meetup groups to her and hopefully she joins us.
After our little meeting, we were sitting at a table when a lady approached us and asked about Yoda. She told us she has one too which I believe she said she rescued and how she just loves the breed and asking about Yoda's size and everything. We casually mentioned YT and she said, "Yeah, I go there all the time!", which took us by surprise, since she was the first person that's ever responded like that! It was a pleasure to meet you, and it'd be great to meet your Yorkie at a Seattle playdate sometime! It just amazed us that we met someone that knew about YT (besides at meetups)!
