Im thinking that fruitloops wouldn't sustain a healthy diet/growth for your Yorkie just as any human as it's all sugar.
Id try to give maybe Gerber chicken sticks or something along the healthier lines of food.
Too much spice, salt, sugar, wheat products are not that great for the fur babies.
boiled chicken, eggs, carrots, peas, etc might be better.
Have you talked to your vet? They might be able to help get your fur baby onto a healthy diet.
