Ok...here is my lastest attempt. Ramsey loves, loves those treats.
If she goes
outside, it is a potty party...complete with a treat. Any where else NO treat. She is catching on....treats....potty

Which sounds like your strategy ....keep doing it. Sometimes I think they must wonder....what was I supposed to do again???
