I have to disagree with you as far as the dog possibly being a mix. I am not an expert, but she looks like pure yorkie to me! She's a little messy, that's all. With a good bath and a grooming, I am betting she will look gorgeous!

Thanks! I wasn't sure about it being a mix or not ... I did recognize the Yorkie part when I first saw her when brought in to PetSmart (she was very much in need of a bath and grooming).
As for a few hundred people following the thread, I think I will let animal control know of the interest in this Yorkie here...
