Keep being persistent. Call everyday and let them know that you are seriously interested in adoption. I am sure that animal control would rather someone adopt a pet. I don't think they euthanize unless needed. By the way, I wish more people were like you. If everyone adopted from shelters, then we would not have to euthanize so many pets each year. |
