I hope this is the right forum for this guestion. I am wondering if you could give me some advice as to whether my pup is gaining enough weight? She is eating normally (4 or five times a day< dry and moist) she also gets nutrical 3x a day. She also is very lively, active and healthy acting. She was 1 lb 6 oz at 9 weeks and now at 12.5 weeks she is 1 lb and 8 oz.
Her sire is 3.5 lbs and dam is 4.5 lbs.
I have never had a yorkie before so I am not sure what kind of increases I should look for in her weight as my Maltese was about 1/4 lb ahead of her at this time and seemed to gain a little more frequently.
